My name is Stephen Hufford. I am a Food Safety Consultant and Approved HACCP Lead Instructor, International HACCP Alliance. In the complex food processing industry many issues arise including, most importantly, food safety. I have over 40 years in the field working with companies of all sizes and with nearly every type of product or type of processing. My work has included HACCP and GFSI Consulting, including writing of programs. I have conducted many Approved HACCP Training Classes,International HACCP Alliance (over 400 in the past two years). I am located near Chicago. I would be happy to visit your facility to conduct training or perform consulting.

Many companies, with the advent of FSMA and increased scrutiny from their customers, are contracting to have their food safety systems reviewed. I can conduct these reviews and write programs to meet the new standards. As an independent food safety consultant my rates are more competitive than many large consulting firms.
